Spectrum’s Innovation

Teachers and students at Spectrum have a level of digital literacy most suitable for the 21st century, they understand that with the advancement of technology learning is a continuous process, like a road stretching far beyond the eyes can see, all that there is for us to do is to keep moving forward, one step at a time.

This mindset has proved helpful in allowing them to skillfully utilise student centric modules such as PowerSchool, Google & Microsoft educational tools in addition to Spectrum Academic Platforms. In the case of new members joining Spectrum whether that be staff, parents, or children, they are swiftly given guidance and training to efficiently use the softwares given and feel at home within our school.

Since brisk conveyance of information is a key part of any Educational institution. At Spectrum we also offer one to one communication via Google chat and Google meet, it is accessible to both students and parents alike through their personalised accounts which the school provides along with standby technical assistance for any issues that might arise.

With all these tools and knowledge, the students need an output to truly make use of their skills. Fortunately here at Spectrum, we provide every student with their very own laptop. Secondary students are provided with Windows whilst primary and kindergarten students are given Chromebooks; younger years feel most comfortable with the Chromebooks as it gives them ease of access to the plethora of Google services that the school employs.
